British Steel may be rescued by new project from UK government-2019 China(Guangzhou) Int’l Laser Equipment and Sheet Metal Industry Exhibition

According to the reports, British Steel might be saved by a new project from the British government. A proposal raised by Greg Clark, the Business Secretary, suggesting the Government as a cornerstone investor with private industries.
Campaigners said a new proposal was expected to rescue British Steel with its 25,000 employees as they knew how significant steel industry to a country.
They included 4,500 direct employees from its mills which located in North Lincs, Scunthorpe and Teesside, and the other 20,000 jobs from the related supply chain.
After not able to get the ￡30 million loan from the government on Wednesday, British Steel was in receivership. Yet the company was appealed to be nationalized by both labor and the union.
