Calstrip Orders Braner/Loopco Multi-Blanker for Blytheville-2019 China(Guangzhou) Int’l Laser Equipment and Sheet Metal Industry Exhibition

Calstrip Industries has ordered a Braner Loopco Hi-Performance Flying Shear Multi-Blanker system for installation at its new greenfield coil center under construction in Blytheville, Ark.
The new machine will have the ability to convert 72-inch wide bare and coated carbon steel, aluminum alloy and stainless coil in gauges up to 0.135 inches into flat sheet products and precise tolerance blanks. The new Multi-Blanker will include a CNC cassette-style leveler, flat-pass line Servo Driven Flying Shear, quick set-up precision slitter and more.
The new facility will also be home to a new 72-inch by 0.250/0.015-inch Braner Loopco Turret Head Slitting Line and automatic slit coil packaging line
