RINL VSP inaugurates latest 3D Laser Scanner-2019 China(Guangzhou) Int’l Laser Equipment and Sheet Metal Industry Exhibition

RINL-VSP has procured a latest technological tool “3D Laser Scanner” for conducting verification of volumetric raw materials stocks like, coals, coke fractions etc in Raw Material Handling Division. The Scanner is procured as a part of improvement in method of stock verification. The 3D Scanner would give accurate results while verifying huge volumes of raw materials and other volumetric stocks in the plant and port areas.
Mr V V Venugopala Rao, Director (Finance) RINL inaugurated the 3D Laser Scanner today in the presence of Sri OR Ramani, ED(Works) I/c. Mr Venugopala Rao stated that RINL is always in the forefront in adopting latest technological innovations in the steel making process. He congratulated the Stock Verification wing for the initiative using the modern methods in assessing stocks in the plant.
