Taiwanese Yieh Hsing keeps carbon steel wire rod prices for Dec-2019 China(Guangzhou) Int’l Laser Equipment and Sheet Metal Industry Exhibition

Taiwanese China Steel Corp. (CSC) unchanged its carbon steel wire rod prices for first quarter of 2019. Therefore, Yieh Hsing followed and announced to remain its Al-killed and killed wire rod prices for December.
The new prices were the same as market participants’ expectations. Taiwanese other carbon and stainless wire rod mills all kept their prices flat for December.
In considering of current low nickel price, Yieh Hsing decided to decreased its stainless steel wire rod by US$30/ton for 200 series and US$50/ton for 300 series for December.
