Japanese steel sheet pile exports drop in Sep-2019 China(Guangzhou) Int’l Laser Equipment and Sheet Metal Industry Exhibition

According to the statistics, Japan exported around 16,000 tons of steel sheet pile this September, down by 8.6% compared to the previous month, also dropping by 49.4% from the same month a year ago.
In the first 9 months this year, the exports of Japanese steel sheet pile totaled around 179,000 tons, a year-on-year decline of 17.6%. Among them, the exports to China were around 5,000 tons; those to Taiwan were around 3,000 tons; those to the Philippines were around 6,000 tons; those to Iran were around 1,000 tons. This was the first time this year to reach a deal with Iran.
