In recent years, the Europe commission has continued to conduct anti-dumping and countervailing investigations on imports of certain steel imports from China, with a higher anti-dumping margins for China¡¯s mills.
China has questioned EU for the final determination of anti-dumping result, which caused injury in steel industry in China. Furthermore, this will not be able to help and improve the steel industry in Europe.
China ''s steel industry proposes to collaborate each other instead of competition. And both sides shall communicate each other in order to create the win-win result.
