According to US Department of Commerce (DOC) and the US International Trade Commission(ITC) statistics showed that US scarp exports totaled 1.17 million, rose slightly compared with March¡¯s 900,000 tons, compared with 950,000 tons in the same period last year
In the meantime, the US scarp exports to Vietnam in April amounted to 111,000 tons, the second time of this year''s monthly imports were more than 100,000 tons, and hit a record high in ten years.
