According to the report, the Department of Trade and Industry Philippines announced that changed the program of imported steel products and expand the sampling scope recently.
The sampling scope will be inspected item by item and based on the regulation of the internal standardized organization (ISO) of 2859-1:1999. Among that, the announcement required steel products have the certification of strength, and each the sample must to make the batch number, diameter, length, number, manufacturer and importer name.
