It is reported that the growth of domestic investment in Japan with the improvement of the employment situation and the increase of private consumption contributed to the slow recovery of the economy for fiscal year 2016 (April 2016 to March 2017).
In the fourth quarter, the steel demand for Japan''s auto industry remained strong, but exports fell as the yen rose against the dollar.
Affected by the above factors, Kobe Steel¡¯s crude oil production for the fourth quarter of 2016 rose by 35.7% compared with previous month, rose by 1% to 1.94 million tons compared with the same period of last year, respectively.
