US to continue AD, CVD duty orders on stainless steel plate in coils- The 18th China£¨Guangzhou£©Int¡¯l Sheet metal machinery,Forging, Stamping and Setting Equipment Exhibition

The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) made the third final determinations of sunset review about industrial injury of anti-dumping and countervailing duty on stainless steel plate in coils imports from Taiwan, Belgium and South Africa on December 9th.
The USITC members all cast affirmative votes. The commission and the steel mills in this proposal thought that if the measures of anti-dumping and countervailing duty on stainless steel plate in coils from those three countries were cancelled, the US domestic industry would be harmed by the involved steel products again.
Therefore, their judgment on the final determinations finally remained unchanged.
